Integrative Psychotherapist. B.S.C hons, (Reg MBACP)

About me

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist offering the opportunity for you to better understand your emotions whilst working through unresolved issues that may be affecting your life.  I aim to promote  self-awareness, self-autonomy, greater choice and freedom from unwanted patterns of thought and behaviour helping you to integrate the different aspects of yourself and resolve psychological conflict.

My approach to psychotherapy is based upon the dynamics of the mind and how we relate to ourselves and make sense of the world around us, working from a psycho-analytic and existential perspective, helping people and with whichever issues they present, some of which are:

Addiction (s)
Adoption (Parents and Children)
Anxiety Disorder
Eating Disorders (Anorexia and Bulimia, Over-eating)
Family Issues
Panic Issues
Relationship Issues

Do you need to talk? Could you benefit from Psychotherapy Sessions based in London Bridge or Epsom and Ewell?

  • Does life feel like its getting on top of you?
  • Are you experiencing feelings of anxiety?
  • Do you feel stuck or could you benefit for counselling for depression and low mood?
  • Have you lost a loved one?
  • Are you experiencing relationship or have you recently separated?
  • Do you have issues with addictive behaviour?

Psychotherapy and Counselling sessions provide a space to take a time-out in an impartial, non judgemental environment where you have the opportunity to talk freely about current and past issues in your life and may benefit you in a number of ways:

. to explore your thoughts and feelings and gain clarity.
. to better understand yourself and get back on the front foot again
. to remove the blocks that are hindering your progress
. to feel understood in a non-judgemental space
. to harness your inner strength and resilience
. to cope better with the stresses and strains of everyday life.

I offer 50 minute Psychotherapy Sessions in London Bridge and Epsom and I'm committed to providing a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space which provides an opportunity to explore your feelings about life and ways in which you have adapted and coped with some of your stressful or traumatic experiences.

I work multi-culturally with people from all walks of life and emphasise with the differing challenges we all face. Through counselling we can reflect and learn from our experiences with the opportunity to transform and re-frame these into understanding that leads to emotional resilience, insight about unwanted and repetitive patterns of behaviour and thinking, creating a greater sense of inner peace and psychological well-being.

I aim to promote self-autonomy, self-understanding, independence and freedom from repeated patterns of behaviour and thinking, in a confidential, safe and reflective environment. This allows us to reflect upon our experiences so that the ways in which we relate to ourselves and others can be thought about with the opportunity to re-frame and change.

Counselling can also help with issues related to :

  • Self-Esteem
  • Confidence
  • Assertive Communication Skills
  • Self-Image
  • Spiritual Growth
  • Self-Acceptance

My psychotherapy practice in London Bridge is within easy reach of Central London and is within easy walking distance of Borough, Elephant and Castle and London Bridge tube stations. My informal setting from home is a 5-7 minutes walk from Ewell West Train Station and a ten minute bus ride from Epsom and Ewell Town Centre. Both settings are easily accessible from both central London and mainline train stations such as Victoria, Wimbledon, Surbiton.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
