Does life feel like its getting on top of you?Are you experiencing anxiety about what the future may hold?
Are you experiencing depression or have low energy and enthusiasm or motivation?
Are you being held back by long standing unresolved issues?
Are you encountering issues with addictive behaviour?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out and engage in psychotherapy?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to get back on a front foot again
... to remove the blocks that are hindering your progress
... to feel understood in a non-judgemental space

... to cope better with the stresses and strains of everyday life.
I offer Psychotherapy in London Bridge and I'm committed to providing counselling psychotherapy in a warm, confidential and non-judgemental environment, providing you with an opportunity to explore your feelings about life and ways in which you can find it to be more meaningful. I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it with increased inner-peace and emotional resilience.
I help clients with whichever issues they present, some of which are:
Depression and Anxiety
Eating Disorders (Anorexia and Bulimia, Over-eating)
I work multi-culturally with people from all walks of life and emphasise with the differing challenges we all face. Through counselling we can reflect and learn from our experiences with the opportunity to transform and re-frame these into tools for developing increased thoughtfulness about repeated patterns of behaviour and thinking, enabling us to develop increased emotional resilience.
My psychotherapy practice in London Bridge is within easy reach of Central London and is within easy walking distance of Borough, Elephant and Castle and London Bridge tube stations. My practise from home is a 5 minute walk from Surbiton Train Station which is within easy reach of surrounding areas and only 10 -15 minutes from Wimbledon and Clapham Junction Train Stations

How much do sessions cost?
Session prices are based upon affordability as I believe that everybody should have the opportunity to engage in counselling without it being inaccessible. I also offer a limited number of sessions per week as low-cost counselling for people on very low incomes or whom are receiving benefits due to unemployment or disability/illness.
Individuals Sliding Scale: £40-60
Couples Therapy: £60-70
Low Cost Counselling: £20-30 (from home only)
I also see some clients on a 2-3 occasions each week as we work psycho-analytically, and cost can vary dependant on circumstances. The prices for this can be negotiated to reflect the frequency of therapy and to make it more affordable for individuals who wish to work in this way.
