About me

With me you will find someone who meets you where you are and walks alongside you. Together, we can reflect on your experiences, focusing on your perspective and gradually building a picture of who you are. My intention is for you to feel truly seen and heard, and I will demonstrate this by listening carefully to both your words and the way you express them.

I adapt my skills and theoretical approach to whatever you bring to sessions. I am quite flexible in that regard but I always hold the relationship as being the most powerful aspect of therapy. I focus on building trust using honesty and careful listening so you can feel heard. I also have specific training in counselling for clients with ADHD.

I offer my presence as a supportive space where you can better understand yourself. Through reflection and thoughtful questions, I aim to open new ways of thinking and help you view your situation from a different perspective. I will also share suggestions, acknowledge rational thoughts and support you in managing moments when emotions feel overwhelming.

If our sessions ever feel stuck, I can introduce different approaches such as values cards, timeline work or practical strategies tailoring what works best for you. I believe in working side by side so that we both take an active role in your progress. Above all, I want you to feel comfortable speaking freely and engaging fully in counselling.
