About me

Hello there,

I am an ACAT accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy Practitioner offering time-limited therapy sessions online.

I work with people struggling with issues around identity, dysfunctional relationships, anxiety and depression.

Working alongside you, I will tailor my approach and offer bespoke perspectives and tools through a course of therapy.

We can collaboratively work towards identifying a focus for therapy and discover how unique relational patterns influence the ways we perceive ourselves and others.

When this may occur within the therapeutic relationship, I offer to contribute towards nurturing a safe and honest space. I will be a curious, non-judgemental participant, supporting you to discover within yourself the space where change and growth may be possible.

My passion is to help you discover a way to reshape the story of who you are - wholeheartedly. I believe there needs to be no prerequisites to experiencing self-worth and living a fulfilling life.

I invite you to get in contact if you would like to explore what you need from therapy and whether us working together with a CAT perspective would be suitable for you at this time.

You are welcome to email to arrange a free 15 minute phone consultation.

I look forward to hearing from you.
