About me
Hello, I am Carl Evans, an experienced NCPS Accredited Counsellor. My practice centres on a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic approach, guided by the belief that growth begins with genuine connection.
I work under the name 'Engage Explore Evolve' - Connected Counselling, as this summarises my approach as follows:
Engage: I foster a safe and empathic space where every individual feels seen, heard and respected. We collaborate to establish a foundation of mutual trust.
Explore: Working together, we make sense of your experiences, from emotional distress to patterns that feel stuck. We gently examine present challenges and reconcile past difficulties with insight, honesty and compassion.
Evolve: You make meaningful change that reflects your values, building resilience while developing awareness and self care, enabling continued personal growth.
Let’s connect, explore what’s holding you back and evolve toward your fullest potential. You are more than you think!
