About me

Welcome!

I work with a range of clients from across the age spectrum, for a variety of concerns.

Perhaps you are anxious or low, or having difficulty understanding yourself and now feels the right time to explore that.

I use a range of therapeutic modalities, from CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic or Integrative.  I take the initial session to collaborate on finding the best fit so that you are able to make the most of our time together.

For Isle of Man clients, I am able to meet either face to face or online (zoom) in Central Douglas.

For London clients, I am currently available for appointments online (zoom) only.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
