About me

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy | Trauma-Informed & Culturally Aware Therapist | Overwhelm, Burnout, Masking, Anxiety, Identity & Belonging | Individuals & Couples

I specialise in neurodivergent-affirming therapy for ADHD, Autism and AuDHD, including support for late diagnosis, self-identification and exploring neurodivergence.

You may have spent years feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, different from others, or constantly trying to adapt yourself to fit in.

Perhaps you are navigating Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, sensory overwhelm, masking, burnout, trauma, people pleasing, overthinking, emotional shutdown, or the pressure of holding everything together while struggling internally.

You may appear capable on the outside while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure why life seems harder than it appears for others.

I understand that many neurodivergent people have spent years adapting in order to survive, often becoming disconnected from their own needs, emotions, boundaries and identity in the process.

Many of my clients come to therapy after years of coping alone, masking their struggles, or feeling misunderstood - often without realising that neurodivergence, trauma, identity, relationships or chronic emotional overwhelm may be affecting them more deeply than they realised.

Some clients already identify as neurodivergent, while others are beginning to question whether Autism, ADHD, AuDHD or Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) traits may resonate with their experiences.

Therapy with me will offer you a space where you no longer need to explain yourself constantly, minimise your feelings, hide parts of yourself or push through everything alone.

How I work
I work in a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive way, offering a collaborative space that prioritises emotional safety, accessibility, consent and autonomy.

I welcome LGBTQ+, trans and non-binary clients, alongside people from diverse cultural, relational and intersectional backgrounds, supporting clients to explore themselves with greater self-understanding, compassion and authenticity.

My approach is warm, relational and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can feel emotionally safe enough to explore your experiences without judgement, shame or pressure. I will support you working through any blocks that might emerge during sessions, so you won't be alone.

I understand that many neurodivergent people have spent years adapting in order to survive, often becoming disconnected from their own needs, emotions, boundaries and identity in the process.

Therapy with me is not about changing who you are. It's about helping you better understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, process difficult experiences, reconnect with your needs, and move towards greater self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing.

I work integratively and draw from Gestalt approaches, adapting therapy to you as an individual rather than expecting you to fit into a rigid model.

I also recognise how culture, identity, family dynamics, migration, race, gender, sexuality, social expectations and experiences of difference or exclusion can shape emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Lived experience

As a neurodivergent, mixed-race therapist, I am particularly passionate about supporting people navigating cultural difference, identity, belonging and the emotional impact of feeling between worlds or misunderstood within them.

I understand something of what it can feel like to move between cultures, expectations, or ways of being - and how isolating or exhausting that can become.

This shapes how I work: with care, curiosity, and respect for your unique experience.

I work mainly from my own private practice in Camden, where I offer a calm, confidential and emotionally supportive space with flexibility around accessibility and availability. I also provide online therapy across the UK and internationally for clients who prefer or require remote sessions.

After our work together, clients describe noticing they

  • feel less overwhelmed and more grounded
  • understand themselves more clearly, having greater clarity
  • feel more emotionally regulated
  • reconnect with who they are
  • relate to themselves with more compassion

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
