About me
Hello and welcome to the start of your journey of self exploration,
I am an experienced and qualified/licensed therapist, passionate about helping others live a more fulfilled life.
Therapy can seem like a scary concept and many are, understandably ,not quite sure what it is and what it entails.
My clients are unique and come with their own story which can often include problems with anxiety, depression, abuse, family issues to name a few. We are all messy in our own unique ways and being curious about our story regardless of the circumstances is a positive thing.
Maybe you are going through a particularly challenging time and you are looking for answers and support. Maybe you are curious to learn and understand more about therapy and it's processes. I am here for you no matter what the reason.
Considering our own individual complexity of feeling and our own unique way of relating to the world, the inner world we inhabit can feel like a very lonely place sometimes. I hope to help you know that you are not alone and that there are answers and hope to be found both within you, around you and more compassion to be experienced than you realise.
Our initial session is free to find out how we get on. This can be online or in person and lasts for 10-15 minutes.
I offer online counselling sessions, in person sessions, telephone, and video counselling sessions.
Getting counselling is a gift to understanding yourself and more.
