About me

Creative, individualised, trauma informed, psychotherapeutic counselling. We work together to explore what works best for you by blending holistic, evidence-based interventions.

Using a person-centred approach as the foundation of my practice. I incorporate creative interventions where appropriate to support your individual needs. DBS check

In England and Wales, the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS, formerly known as CRB) carry out criminal records checks for individuals working with vulnerable groups, such as children. To find out more, visit gov.uk , or contact this professional directly

There are steps and no wheelchair access. However, weather permitting (and I do not mind a bit of rain). The Harbourside area is relatively flat for a wander.
