About me
Do you feel like you are carrying a weight that is too heavy to hold? Are you looking for a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or be the strong one? I offer in-depth psychotherapy for a range of complex life events including suicide loss, parental estrangement, and relational trauma. I provide an unflinching, grounded, creative space for navigating life’s most difficult human experiences. Whether you are moving through the world-shattering impact of suicide loss, the complex grief of parental estrangement, or the depletion of modern burnout, I am here to be a steady witness to your story. Contact me using the buttons above to book a free 30-minute consultation.
Why work with me?
I specialise in supporting adults with:
Complex Bereavement: Including suicide loss and the unique, long-term mourning it requires.
Relational Trauma: Processing narcissistic family dynamics, 'parental discard', and the shame often associated with estrangement.
Burnout and Identity: Helping high-achievers reconnect with meaning when they feel disconnected from themselves.
Climate Anxiety: Working with the existential weight of our changing world.
I am a UKCP-accredited Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist. Before qualifying, I spent 20 years in the creative industries, which gives me a unique understanding of the high-functioning pressure many people face while trying to process deep personal trauma. My approach is warm, steady, and creative.
What to expect:
Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership. While we use talking therapy as our foundation, my Transpersonal training allows us to work creatively where appropriate—using dreamwork, art, visualisation, or sandtray work to reach what words alone cannot.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental container where we move at your pace to transform trauma into integrated strength.
Training, qualifications & experience
Clinical Experience & Qualifications
I am a UKCP-accredited Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist with a Diploma from the CCPE (London) and a Foundation in Counselling from The Metanoia Institute.
My clinical background includes over 550 client hours and specialised psychiatric shadowing within an NHS clinic. I have worked across a diverse range of settings, including:
The Maytree Sanctuary: Working at a specialist retreat for those in suicidal crisis.
The Caravan (St James’, Piccadilly): Providing high-intensity, immediate support in central London.
Specialist Clinics: Years of clinical practice at The Awareness Centre (Clapham), CCPE (Paddington), and The Henry Centre (Essex).
My Approach
I am trained in a range of modalities including Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, and Existentialism. As a Transpersonal therapist, I work holistically—integrating the mind, body, and soul. Alongside traditional talking therapy, I offer creative tools such as dreamwork, sandtray, and visualisation to help access deeper layers of the self.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
