About me
Hi, it can be hard to share your feelings, so I offer a relaxed approach to therapy in a welcoming private safe space in Rotherham or Barnsley.
Here we can start getting you the best possible outcomes for life's struggles. With the right support and guidance we can start to make your world more manageable, learn new coping skills and build a clearer future.
Whether it's your first time or not, we will go along at your pace and for your duration. Together, we can explore your life dynamics, hopes, and goals - past, present or future, by using different therapy approaches to make long term changes, realisations and all around maintainable improvements.
I aim to make counselling and access to mental health services more affordable.
