Need some space? I can offer quiet and confidential time to talk, where you can be really listened to. My role is not about telling you what to do. I work with you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Counselling will bring deeper understanding, growth, and inner resources to move forward.

I am a professional counsellor with a National Counselling Society accredited training. My approach centres around psychodynamic, person centred and humanistic forms of counselling, but I am also trained in Integrative methods, so that the best approach can be found to suit each client.

I work from home in a private room. My practice is close to central Chelmsford - approximately 15 minutes walk from the town centre and two minutes from bus routes. Parking is available.

I offer weekly, 50 minute counselling sessions to individuals on either a short or long-term basis. An initial meeting is arranged, to discuss your requirements, after which, if agreed, we can set aside a regular time every week for as long as you feel it is useful to you.

I am an accredited Member of the National Counselling Society, and am also an Associate Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) bound by its ethical guidelines for good practice. I am fully insured.

Fees

My fee is £30 per session, with a limited number of places at £25 for students and those on low income.
