If you are unsure whether you need a counsellor or a coach then I can help you. As a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, life & career coach I can offer you a spectrum of support to meet your needs. Both approaches can help you to gain better clarity about the problems you are facing; greater awareness of how the past influences the present; help to identify the obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward; learning to challenge your limited beliefs and behaviours; identifying your personal goals; finding solutions that are right for you; facing up to the things you are experiencing difficulties with.
You don’t have to cope with everything on your own.
Forming a trusting and confidential relationship will allow you to feel safe to talk about what is worrying you.
I believe that anyone can achieve a more satisfying life, have more enjoyable relationships and grow in confidence in their ability to handle challenging situations or overcome the effects of traumatic events. That said, it can be hard to make changes when life feels overwhelming or crisis ensues and you're not sure what to do. At these times, the support of a compassionate, engaged therapist, who will strive to understand your unique experience, and support you through the sometimes tough, sometimes exhilarating work of change, growth and recovery - can make a difference. What matters is that you get the help you need so you can manage your difficulties better and to have control over your life.
