I am an accredited counsellor with 25 years experience working with individuals and couples dealing with a range of issues. I offer specialist relationship counselling for couples and short and long term work for people seeking help with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, and trauma. My aim is to offer a supportive, safe and empathic relationship in which you can move towards living and working in more satisfying and resourceful ways and with greater well being and confidence. My approach is based on person centred and emotion focused therapy and I find these ways of working particularly helpful in couples counselling and working with depression and anxiety.
I am also available for supervision of counsellors and offer Executive Coaching for staff development-see my website.

I have worked with clients in my Private Practice for 25 years, both long and short term and managed a staff counselling service for a local authority for several years.
