About me

Stressed? Anxious? Depressed? Feeling overwhelmed and finding it hard to cope?   Why don't you make contact. I am an experienced psychotherapist who has worked in education, the NHS and privately for many years.

People enter into therapy for so many different reasons but perhaps there is common factor in that you are suffering in some way or another. Life can be hard - perhaps you did not expect it to be so difficult.

It is at such times that therapy might help. Some support, someone who can listen and help make sense of what is going on could be a positive option.  I provide a safe and confidential space and work strictly according to ethical guidelines.
