Profile

Hello, we offer you a warm  welcome to LifeLine Counselling.

LifeLine Counselling offers one to one, face to face, long and short term Person Centred Counselling.

Our Counsellors are warm and caring and have a willingness to journey with you for however long you need support, which may be over a period of weeks, months or longer.

Many  people have found counselling and therapy a helpful way of exploring issues and  difficulties in their lives.

The care, warmth and compassion which are central to the way we work will  put you at your ease and help you to express what it is that concerns you. The  therapy we provide offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental  environment.

Are you feeling as though you need some support,  perhaps unsure where/who to turn to...?
Now might be the time to make contact and coming to talk to one of us could help.

Perhaps you may be finding it hard  to cope with life in general or finding difficulties in managing a specific  concern in your life.  You may find it  easier and more helpful to talk with someone face to face outside of your  immediate social or family circle.

Here at LifeLine Counselling we are mindful and aware of how important it is to the wellbeing of the client and ourselves to continue to develop our skills and so we are active on our journey in professional development, to ensure we stay up to date with our skills, and further develop our qualifications and training.
