I am a qualified therapist and registered BACP member with extensive training on how to support people. What’s discussed in the room is strictly confidential and provides you with the opportunity to discuss your life experiences in a non-judgemental, empathic environment. I won’t offer advice but assist in taking action toward your goals and what’s important to you. The key difference is that the session is all about you and your well-being.
I work in a humanistic, confidential, client centred way to help you explore problematic areas and support you moving forward. Offering long term or short term face to face work.
I can’t guarantee my style of therapy will suit your taste but I’d like the chance to work with you if:

The fee is £75 for individuals, with each session lasting 50 minutes.
