I practice in an holistic way and will help you to regain a balance in both mind and body.

Many of my clients have benefited from MBSR (Mindful based stress reduction). I aim to help clients gain a healthy work/life balance and teach exam stress relief techniques.
Whether you wish, one to one or couples counselling. I will work with you in an Integrative/holistic way which allows me to tailor the sessions to your needs. Sessions can be long term or short term/time bonded.
I have experience of working with young people and have volunteered with a charity that offered counselling to young people age between 14 - 25. I have also worked with a cancer charity supporting both those with a diagnosis of cancer and their families.
I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical guidelines.
