Whether you wish, one to one, face to face or online counselling, (couples counselling is face to face only).
I will work with you in an Integrative way which allows me to tailor the sessions to your needs. Sessions can be long term or short term/time bonded.
I have experience of working with young people and have volunteered with a charity that offered counselling to young people age between 14 - 18.
I am currently volunteering for a local Cancer Charity.
I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical guildlines.
