Whatever resonates for you, a long term problem, an immediate crisis or if you are just feeling stuck. i am able to offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek counselling.

Some of the areas of counselling people come to see me about include: Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Family Issues, Depression, Anger management, Bereavement, Panic Disorder, Addictions, Separation and Divorce, Low self Esteem and Eating Disorders (please see full list below)

Many of my clients have benefited from MBSR (Mindful based stress reduction)

I will work with you in an Integrative way which allows me to tailor the sessions to your needs. Sessions can be long term or short term/time bonded.
I have experience of working with young people and have volunteered with a charity that offered counselling to young people age between 14 - 18.
