By coming to sessions with me, I can help you look at what gets in the way of you being as successful and happy as you would wish.
Issues often surface in the form of various symptoms such as Anxiety, Depression, Relationship problems, Sexual difficulties, Eating difficulties, over or under eating and sleeping problems.
I am happy to provide work over the telephone and/or Skype if this is appropriate as well as face to face, I am available on a Friday morning in Burton Latimer or at other times in a therapy room in Bisbrooke with free parking, just 3 miles outside of Uppingham.
