I am a UKCP registered individual and group psychotherapist and BACP Registered Accredited Counsellor. I offer time limited and long term psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I also offer clinical supervision.
I have been working in counselling, psychotherapy and emotional health field for over twenty years providing direct client services. I have a diverse range of experiences of working as a psychotherapist in a variety of professional settings. I practice an integrative approach drawing on aspects from the CBT, Gestalt, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing.
I have over ten years’ experience of working within medico-legal system offering CBT and EMDR interventions. I also provide services to EAP (employee assistance programme) sector.

I work as a senior lecturer in counselling at Newman University. Newman offers a range of counselling and psychotherapy training courses.
I have extensive experience of working with professionals like GPs, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, CPNs, Solicitors, Insurance Companies, Social Services, Primary Care Trusts and Local Government Offices.
During the course of my involvement in the counselling, psychotherapy, supervision, consultation, management and training arena, I have developed the ability to respond sensitively, effectively and flexibly to a wide range of people and situations. I have integrated theoretical, practical and experiential learning into my diverse professional roles.
I am a registered member of UKCP and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy; and I subscribe to their Code of Ethics and Practice. I am also fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi languages.
