Feeling sad or depressed? Experiencing anxiety or stress? Struggling as a result of a traumatic experience?
I am professional counselling psychologist offering an empathic, professional and confidential therapeutic service to assist with these and many other emotional conditions.
I believe it is essential to develop a good relationship where you, as the client, can feel the therapist is really listening to your experience. I combine traditional counselling approaches with recognised therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) to help you move through difficult life experiences to a more fulfilled future.
I work with clients for short or longer term according to their needs. I can offer flexibility in terms of appointment times, which can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or as required to suit the client.
I am based in the peaceful village of Yetminster, which is in easy reach of Yeovil, Sherborne and Dorchester.
Please feel free to contact me for a confidential, no obligation discussion about your specific situation.
