Many of us find ourselves in need of space and time to explore any issues, feelings, thoughts or actions which may be causing us difficulties in our lives. Perhaps you find yourself in a familiar cycle that you’d like to change or you’re experiencing thoughts or feelings which you are struggling to cope with or understand. Therapeutic counselling can help you to work through and manage difficult or troublesome thoughts, feelings and experiences, to understand yourself more clearly and to bring about changes you may wish to make.
I am a relational, integrative therapist; I have varied experience of working with adults, young people and children who have come to therapy for many reasons, for example anxiety, depression, bereavement and issues with relationships. I work with clients in an authentic and flexible way, integrating various techniques and tailoring sessions to individuals and their needs - everyone is unique so is everyone's path through therapy.
Please feel free to contact me to arrange a session to explore how therapeutic counselling could help you or if you have any questions about sessions. I look forward to hearing from you.
"Once you choose hope, anything is possible".
