About Bac Counselling

I am an experienced and qualified humanistic counsellor and group facilitator for 18 years and Member of BACP, I know the importance of finding the perfect counsellor. No matter what you may need counselling or therapy for; anxiety, depression or relationship problems, alcohol addiction, smoking addiction, terminal illness counselling; I believe the humanistic approach which is to be empathic, genuine, honest and provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore the issues affecting you, while discovering your inner resources is the best way I can help you heal.

Counselling is a therapeutic procedure that allows a person to talk about their problems and feelings in a confidential and secure environment. A counsellor is trained to listen with empathy (by putting themselves in your shoes). We can help you deal with issues that have impact on your well-being.

I believe that you are the expert of your life and that through being heard in a non-judgmental environment we can work together to unlock the key to your issues, develop a high self-worth, and learn skills to address the issues that have affected you.

Issues I have experience with and can help you deal with are:
