I have always had a love and interest of working with, and listening to, people. I have worked as a Person-Centred Counsellor in various voluntary and paid settings since 2006. I currently work for a voluntary Counselling agency and have done for 9 years. I also do Private Counselling.
At times in our lives we may become stuck. We may know why, we may not know why. Counselling can be an opportunity to talk with a trained person, who is not involved in your situation, to look at what is going on for you.
I aim to offer a safe and confidential environment, where you will hopefully feel comfortable enough to open up, explore and try to understand what is going on for you. With more understanding, and by working together Counselling could help you find a way forward.
