Anthony Davids MA, MA, ACPP, UKCP (reg)
279 Bethnal Green Road
079 8029 2913
My name is Anthony Davids and I am a UKCP registered Core Process psychotherapist offering Buddhist and psychodynamic/ psychoanalytical psychotherapy. I have therapy rooms in Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 and Bethnal Green, London E2.
People see a psychotherapist or counsellor for many different reasons, such as the territories of anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, panic attacks, phobias or a general sense of feeling sad to name a few. Or you may just want to explore and understand yourself better; but whatever the reason, people have found that a reflective enquiry with the right therapist can open up a greater understanding into their thoughts and feelings which can provide an opportunity for change.
Core Process Psychotherapy is an contemplative, psycho-spiritual approach that is founded on the curative power of joint awareness practice and western psychotherapeutic approaches including psychodynamic and psychoanalytic. The word "Core" refers to the inherent freedom and joy at the heart of our being and "Process" is the exploration of any suffering and our pathway back to this freedom and joy.
As an experienced Core Process psychotherapist, I can offer you the support you need to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing so that you can begin to rediscover the true sense of who you are and reconnect to the freedom and joy at the heart of your being.
