Profile

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor experienced in working with a wide variety of emotional issues. I offer a respectful, sensitive environment where you can explore any difficulties you may be having. I have training in psychodynamic and person-centred counselling as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I use a combination of these counselling models to best tailor the therapy to your specific needs.

I offer general counselling to individuals from age 14 for a full range of emotional issues. I provide both short term counselling or longer term opened ended counselling, depending on need. I see both men and women of any culture, race, religion or sexual orientation.

As well as my private practice I have worked in counselling agencies, a GP counselling service, a hospice organisation, trauma rehabilitation work and lead a cancer support group.

I also provide counselling for counselling students and supervision for counsellors and health care professionals.
