About me
I am a Gestalt trained psychotherapeutic counsellor, mental health coach, life coach and Supervisor. I work in a holistic and integrated way, drawing on all strands of my training which ranges from Gestalt to embodied practice and somatic attunement, person-centred to transactional analysis, CBT to human givens, the Comprehensive Resource Model - a trauma treatment model - as well as my coach training. I work with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, recovery to self, mental health issues and big life changes.
I work online only. I would initially invite you to a 20-minute call so that we may connect and talk through what you want to work on. After which, if we are happy to move forward, we can agree on a time and place for our weekly sessions.
I work in a safe and confidential space, by supporting you and offering gentle challenge - but always allowing you to be fully who you are, with whatever you bring. My gift is being able to be with a full range of emotions and to stay with you through them, holding the space for something different or new to emerge.
We are always in motion and my belief is that, while we can feel crippled and defeated by our own reactions, there is always more to us than just these responses. To acknowledge them and honour them as truth and then explore what else is here is a way through the stuckness and into movement and change.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
