Profile
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and provide counselling to both Adults, Couples and Young People 12+. I am based within the quiet village of Howwood, which is central to the Renfrewshire area, many towns in Ayrshire ,and only 25 minutes drive from Glasgow. I can offer both daytime and evening appointments and a few weekend appointments.
My counselling room offers a comfortable, quiet, relaxed environment for your counselling session
My approach to counselling is Person-centred, where my aim would be to build a relationship with you based on trust and respect. I will provide you with the opportunity to explore many parts of yourself and your life, in an accepting, understanding and open way. Counselling can help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself or your situation, provide new insights, help you to make difficult decisions and to help you to move forward.
I love my work as a counsellor and my interest in counselling was brought on by my own life experiences, and a desire I have always had to work with people in a helpful way.
