I offer compassionate, confidential, psychodynamic counselling in central London to help you with difficult emotions, complicated relationship situations, life-changing decisions and personal identity issues. An initial appointment offers you the opportunity to talk about what's on your mind and find out more about how psychotherapy can help you.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I work with clients in London facing a broad range of problems including stress, depression, bereavement, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, phobias, eating disorders, and more.

I trained at the WPF Therapy in London, a leading psychodynamic training institute in London and also hold an MA in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am a professional member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC).

I am engaged in continuing training and professional development to ensure that my practice affords the best informed care.

Fees

£50 for the initial meeting.

The fee for ongoing sessions will be discussed in the first session and will be set between £60 and £80 depending on the time of the appointment. In some circumstances a lower session fee can be discussed.

Conveniently located in central London, close to several London tube and London mainline stations.

Sessions are conducted in a confidential, comfortable consulting room. 89 Fleet Street is in very close proximity St. Paul's and Blackfriars tube stations and City Thameslink rail station. It is in easy walking distance of Farringdon and Temple tube stations. It is also on several bus routes including the 11, 15, 23, 26 and 76.
