Counsellor Profile

I am a highly experienced therapist of 14 years working with individuals and couples.
I offer counselling/psychotherapy as well as psychosexual therapy. I work in an eclectic way drawing from my mixed training background of both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural to tailor the therapy to the individuals/couples needs. I work in a short term focussed way as well as offer longer term work.

I have over 6000 hours experience of counselling people, and have worked with a wide range of people from many different backgrounds.I worked for Relate for 14 years, and currently I am a member of an employee assisted scheme offering short term therapy, as well as running my own practice. I am a fully accredited member of BASRT and a member of BACP following their code of ethics for good practice.
