About me
I love helping people feel more at home in themselves.
Many people who come to me look like they're coping on the outside. But inside, things feel harder. Some are living with anxiety, grief, or the long-term effects of difficult experiences. Others feel stuck, lost in relationships, or unsure of who they are anymore.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place:
Anxious thoughts that follow you everywhere
Sleep that never feels restful
A short fuse, or feeling numb and flat
Old wounds that still catch you off guard
Feeling like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way
Together we work gently, and at your pace. We might focus on easing anxiety, processing the past, finding a greater sense of safety in yourself, or simply figuring out what you want your life to look like from here.
How I work
My approach is trauma-informed, and always collaborative. We'll talk about what feels most helpful for you, and go from there. Depending on what you need, I may draw on hypnotherapy, parts work, sand tray, or creative approaches alongside our counselling work. Nothing is imposed. Everything is your choice.
Taking the first step
I offer a free 15-minute consultation, so you can share a little of what's going on, ask any questions, and get a feel for how I work. There's no pressure, no commitment. Just an open, warm conversation to see if working together feels right.
