About me

I am a strong believer of growth. I help clients develop self-awareness and the own potential, such that they find the own answers and make transformative changes. I sensitively deal with individual and systematic/cultural influences to ensure clients’ taken actions are manageable, realistic and sustainable. I understand change does not happen overnight and I devote to accompany clients on overcoming (long-term) stuckness, resistance and self-doubts.

I provide integrative therapy which is tailored to your needs. My experiences in the NHS specialized mental health service have enabled me to sensitively work with stuckness and resistance to change. My therapeutic approach is informed by my trainings in CBT, person centered approach, gestalt therapy, solution focused therapy, group analytic psychotherapy, mindfulness, art based techniques, narrative therapy, etc. I also draw from Eastern Philosophy which helps my holistic view of your needs.
