Psychotherapist & Executive Coach | ADHD Expert | Couples

About me

Welcome.

I work with adults and couples who are struggling emotionally, whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or the experience of living with ADHD or Autism. Many of the people I see feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what is really wrong. My role is to offer a compassionate space where we can explore those questions together. I am a dual-qualified Psychotherapist and Executive Coach, a Neuroscientist and Neurodiversity Researcher (ADHD) at King’s College London. I specialise in Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Trauma, Self-Esteem, and Relationships, with couples work forming a key part of my ADHD/ASD practice.

I integrate somatic therapy approaches (SE & Polyvagal) that are trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, with evidence-based models such as DBT, ACT, CBT, and IFS. My work helps clients heal from stress, overwhelm, anxiety, early life experiences, and relational wounds by integrating cognitive and somatic processes for a balanced mind–body connection.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, accepted, and supported. At the core of my work is our therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens in a safe, genuine connection. I strive to be a compassionate, respectful and curious practitioner. I offer sessions online and in person in Central London, 10 Harley Street, 37 Queen Anne.

As a Member of the European Neuroscience Society (FENS) and Founding Lead of the Neurodiversity Special Interest Group at the Applied Neuroscience Association, I champion inclusive approaches to mental health. I also lead the UK chapter of the Psychedelic Medicine Association and am a trained Psychedelic Practitioner with Clerkenwell Health.

Currently, I am conducting research at King’s College London investigating burnout in ADHD, further informing my evidence-based practice.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
