About me
With many hours of experience working with relationships, attachment styles, and anxiety, I pride myself on offering a directive, yet holistic, approach when working with clients. I specialise in family issues, relationships, anxiety, LGBTQ+ and sexuality, ADHD and neurodiversity, and low self-esteem.
My training has provided me with a strong foundation in the Person Centred Approach, however, I am also qualified in CBT if that is something you would prefer. I often take a more directive approach with the individuals I work with.
Talking therapy is built on a strong foundation of trust and confidentiality, so I offer a space where there will be no judgement and you are safe to explore feelings and thoughts, whilst also gaining a greater understanding of self.
Reaching out for any kind of support can be daunting, and I appreciate you taking the time to do this by reading through my profile. If there are any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
