About us

A safe space for life’s big changes.

We are a collective of warm, grounded, and compassionate therapists who specialise in supporting people through tricky times in life. We meet you human-to-human, not from a super intellectual place. Our team is diverse, highly qualified, and registered/accredited.

Therapy that supports you through pregnancy, parenthood, relationships, and all the transitions in between - For all the bumps in the road. A heart-wrenching fertility journey, extreme sleep deprivation, parenting stress and anxiety, the non-stop juggle overwhelm, a traumatic birth, relationship at breaking point, trust and intimacy a thing of the past, blended family hiccups. All too familiar. These life-changing landmarks don’t come with a handbook.

Help is Here

Training, qualifications & experience

Therapists who truly understand. Let’s take parenthood. Often painted as natural, joyful, and instinctive. The reality? It can be overwhelming, lonely, and full of unexpected struggles. From fertility treatment and pregnancy loss to sleepless nights, identity shifts, relationship strain, and the juggle of work and parenting, it’s no wonder so many feel under-supported. That’s where The Nest Club comes in.

We are a collective of warm, grounded, and compassionate therapists who specialise in supporting people through fertility journeys, pregnancy, the postnatal period, parenthood, and relationships. They meet you human-to-human, not from a super intellectual place. Our team is diverse, highly qualified, and registered/accredited.

Each brings their own expertise and has had their own personal journey, but all share one mission: to help you feel better. Whether you’re deciding if parenthood is right for you, coping with loss, rebuilding intimacy, navigating identity change, or struggling with the return to work, we’re here for all of it.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
