About me

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working 1:1 with over 18 years experience working in both organisational and private settings. I work with both long and short term clients, in person and online. I believe in the benefits of counselling and psychotherapy, giving yourself a confidential space to take stock, make sense and be listened to, is a valuable way to navigate some of life's challenges. My counselling and therapy offers you a private and safe setting for this, where the focus is you.

My therapeutic approach:

I am a Person-centred, Integrative Counsellor meaning I believe we are uniquely individual and that there isn't one way of working that works for all. Each of us brings a different way of seeing the world and as your therapist I am here to hear and see things from your perspective. I am an experienced counsellor, group facilitator and palliative care specialist, who works flexibly and creatively, seeing it is my role to enable us to work together on the ways you can heal, grow and flourish.

I have over 18 years experience working with adults and teenagers with a wide range of issues.
