About me
Sometimes what we feel sits beyond our capacity for words. We can feel stuck, needing a different kind of space to begin the untangling. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, addiction, personality-related difficulties, and bereavement and loss. I also work with those who feel curious, stuck, or are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.
I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. I also work with clients who experience difficulties around body image, identity, and eating
My practice is inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities and experiences, and I have experience supporting clients in exploring identity, attachment, relationships, and belonging.
My work often involves creative exploration, embodiment, and reflective dialogue, supporting clients to develop emotional awareness, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My practice is grounded in a psychodynamic and trauma-informed approach, integrating drama and movement to support expression beyond words.
I aim to create a therapeutic space that is containing and reflective, while also gently challenging and offering opportunities for growth within a non-judgemental environment.
I am currently accepting new clients in my private practice.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
