About me
Hi I'm Stephanie! I'm an accredited integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor who offers a safe and supportive space that enables people to heal and grow. I work with individuals and couples. My approach is integrative and holistic that encompasses psychological, emotional and physical health because all of these factors are important in my work. I would describe my qualities as supportive, understanding and compassionate having the clients best interest in the heart of everything I do. I have a breadth of experience in the field of counselling, psychotherapy and mental health and wellbeing because I chose to make this my passion.
I work with individuals 18+ and a certified Couples Counsellor. I have experience working with a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship problems, grief and loss, acute life events, self-esteem and trauma. I specialise in working with couples who present with a wide range of communicative and emotional conflicts.
The space I create for my client(s) builds trust and deepens connection these are two fundamental priorities in my work that I believe influences change. I involve my clients every step of the way promoting a sense of empowerment whilst safely allowing vulnerability to happen.
Vulnerability = courage and growth, and I am the person to support you on this journey.
