Supervision details
I have extensive experience of working with both individual and couple clients, and am able to support practitioners across a wide range of therapeutic modalities. I specialise in working with couples.
My approach is integrative with a particular passion for psychodynamic work. Psychodynamic supervision offers a reflective space to explore the deeper dynamics within the therapeutic relationship, including unconscious processes, attachment patterns and relational dynamics between therapist and client. Through supervision, this will enable practitioners to gain greater understanding of these factors influence the therapeutic process.
My supervisory approach is supportive, collaborative and reflective. I aim to help practitioners develop self-awareness, confidence and clinical insight whilst maintaining safe and ethical practice.
I strive to create a respectful and trusting relationship where supervisees feel valued, challenged and supported in their professional growth.
