About me

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or struggling with relationships, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy is built on a trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to be yourself—without fear of judgement or pressure to have everything figured out. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity as we make sense of your experiences together.

I’m an MBACP Registered Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health.

My approach is tailored to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. Grounded in person-centred values, I integrate psychodynamic, relational, attachment-based, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and somatic approaches. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be influencing your present while developing practical tools to help you navigate current challenges.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming of diversity, creating a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and respected.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, and the unique experiences associated with neurodivergence. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you’re returning after time away, I hope to help you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and lasting, meaningful change.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
