About me
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you are, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and gently begin again.
You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, life transitions, or relationship difficulties. Or perhaps you’re carrying experiences that haven’t yet had a place to land - feelings that have gone unseen, unheard, or unspoken. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
I offer relational, integrative therapy, online and in person (Shoreditch, London), with weekday and evening sessions. Our work will be shaped by what you need, at your pace, and rooted in a collaborative, compassionate relationship.
My approach is warm, inclusive, and reflective. I aim to create a space where all parts of your story and your identity can be explored without judgement. Together, we can begin to reconnect with your inner truth as a pathway to deeper self-understanding and greater choice.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from psychodynamic, body psychotherapy, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal approaches. This means we might explore the past shapes the present, tend to thoughts, feelings and sensations through embodied or creative methods, and consider wider cultural, spiritual or community influences. I am committed to an inclusive, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice and I offer both short-term (6–24 sessions) and open-ended therapy for adults at all stages of life.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to help us see if we’re a good fit. Feel free to get in touch to ask any questions or to arrange a time to talk.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Level 7) from The Minster Centre, reflecting four years of in-depth study and self-exploration.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework. I am also a member of The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).
I am committed to an inclusive, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals, needs and how we might work together.
At this point, you may wish to book in for an initial assessment session (charged at full rate), which will help you get a better sense of how we might work together and if what I offer feels right for you. This will be an opportunity for you to share more about your reasons and hopes for seeking therapy and ask me any questions you might have.
Should we decide to work together, we will then agree on the best approach for this, e.g. whether this is online or face to face. Sessions are 50 minutes and will take place at the same time and day on a weekly basis.
As part of my commitment to keeping therapy as accessible as possible, I offer a limited number of low-cost sessions. Please contact me for availability.
