About me
I specialise in ADHD and Autism-affirming therapy for individuals navigating addictive cycles, existential burnout, and complex questions around modern masculinity and gender identity.
Searching through a directory of therapists can be a little strange. Trying to gauge if you can trust someone based on a small photo or a few words. I will try my best to give you a sense of how we might work together.
I am a relational, neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist specialising in the intersection of addiction, gender identity, and existential distress.
I see therapy as a real human relationship, one that provides a space where moments of frustration, connection, misunderstanding, and repair are part of the therapeutic process.
Contact me today to arrange a free, confidential 15-minute introductory call. I offer online therapy UK-wide, as well as in-person sessions in Stoke Newington (London, N16)
Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a qualified psychotherapist with a PGDip in Psychotherapy and Counselling and a registered member of the BACP.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

My Approach to Therapy:
Sessions are shaped around what you need. My approach is both relational and existential. In simple terms, this means putting the relationship at the heart of the work. I see therapy as a real human relationship, seeking to provide a space where moments of frustration, connection, misunderstanding or repair are parts of the work itself.
I have experience working with gender, addiction, neurodiversity, sexuality, and identity, including with young men navigating constraining gender norms. With all clients, I welcome exploration of identity in its many forms including gender, sexuality, race, disability and class while holding both personal agency and the real social conditions that shape our lives.
