About me

Relationships can feel hard at times, especially when communication breaks down, you feel misunderstood, or the emotional distance between you keeps growing. You might be navigating different ways of thinking, feeling, or processing the world, or simply finding that what once worked no longer does. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m an experienced relationship therapist working with couples and individuals from all backgrounds. I have particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent clients and neurodiverse relationships, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationships.

With couples, I can help you slow things down, make sense of unhelpful patterns, and build communication that feels clearer, kinder, and more meaningful. My work focuses on creating safety, strengthening emotional connection, and finding ways of relating that honour who you both are.

I also support individuals with relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, identity, and mental well-being. If you’re neurodivergent (diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring), I offer an affirming space where your experiences are understood, not pathologised, and where we can develop strategies that genuinely work for you.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

How Therapy Can Help

Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process, tailored to you and your unique experiences. Together, we can work to:

  • Improve communication and reduce misunderstandings in relationships
  • Strengthen emotional connection and rebuild trust
  • Explore neurodivergence within relationships and individual identity, where relevant
  • Develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-compassion
  • Make sense of emotions such as anxiety, overwhelm, frustration, or burnout

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I offer a complimentary initial consultation call or Zoom, so we can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and whether I’m the right fit for you.

If we decide to work together, we’ll arrange an initial session where we can explore your concerns in more depth and begin working towards meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer sessions both online and in person, providing flexibility to suit your needs and circumstances.

Next Steps

You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. If you’d like to take the next step, please get in touch to arrange a complimentary call and start moving towards a more connected and fulfilling future.
