About me

Hello, I’m Sarah. I’m a psychotherapist working in the Worcester and Studley area.

I offer a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed space, particularly for those who may be carrying the impact of difficult experiences, relationships, or long-term stress. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, we can go at your pace.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken.

It’s about understanding what’s happened to you, reconnecting with yourself, and finding ways to feel more grounded, supported, and rediscovering your power.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, and that’s completely okay.

If something in this feels like it might be a good fit for you, I’d welcome you to get in touch, and we can take things one step at a time.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UKCP and UPCA accredited Psychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find emotional balance. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling, providing a strong foundation for supporting a wide range of mental health concerns.

Alongside my academic training, I have completed extensive professional development and personal therapy, experiences that have deepened my belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic process. My practice is client-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to supporting your autonomy and sense of self-worth.
