About me

Change often begins with feeling truly heard. When we have the space to speak openly and honestly, greater understanding of ourselves can emerge — and from that understanding, growth becomes possible.

I provide a calm, supportive environment where you can talk freely and explore whatever is on your mind without fear of judgement. Building a genuine, trusting connection is central to the way I work, ensuring you feel safe, valued, and respected throughout the process.

My foundation and training are in person-centred therapy, but I incorporate CBT, and other therapies that I feel will be beneficial to you. I tailor our work to you as an individual, working collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable and right for you.

You may be facing anxiety, low mood, past trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something just doesn’t feel quite right. Whatever has brought you here, I offer a thoughtful and compassionate space to help you reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.

As a qualified counsellor, I specialise in working with clients navigating loss, grief and anxiety. My approach is thoughtful and supportive, helping you process difficult emotions and build resilience for the future.
