About me

Do You Feel Like Something's Missing?

Maybe you’ve been feeling out of place, like you don’t quite fit in, even when you're surrounded by people.

You might be carrying a sense of loneliness, sadness, or disconnection that you can’t quite explain. Perhaps you’ve lost the spark you once had, or you’re struggling to express your emotions.

If you’re a sensitive soul trying to make sense of a fast-paced, overwhelming world…

If something has happened that’s changed everything, and life doesn’t feel the same anymore…

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

How I Can Help

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. A space to heal, grow, and feel like yourself again.

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with their sense of self, discover their strengths, and begin to live more fully and authentically. When we’re able to show up as our true selves, real change becomes possible.

You don’t have to go through this alone

If something here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Let’s talk about what you need, and how we can work together to help you move forward.

My Approach

I am a pluralistic counsellor, which means I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor my work to your unique needs. My practice is guided by person-centred values, so you can expect to be met with empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental approach throughout your therapeutic journey. I believe in empowering clients to explore their experiences and discover solutions that truly work for them.

I have a feminist ethos and deeply value equality, inclusion, and authenticity, striving to create a safe and supportive space where every person’s story matters and you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and work in line with their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions to ensure the highest standards of care.

My journey into counselling began by supporting survivors of abuse, offering a safe, empathetic space for individuals to begin their healing journey. Over time, I’ve expanded my practice into a more generalised setting, working with clients navigating a wide range of challenges including trauma, complex family dynamics, identity and gender-related concerns (including transgender experiences), addiction, anxiety, stress, neurodiversity, and relationship difficulties.

Alongside my counselling work, I’ve held a variety of support-focused roles that have shaped my person-centred, compassionate approach. I’ve provided on-site crisis intervention and emotional support to festival-goers, often in moments of acute distress or disorientation.

As a befriender for people experiencing isolation, I worked to empower individuals to rebuild their confidence and self-esteem by gently encouraging participation in community activities and strengthening their social support networks.

In addition, I bring professional experience from the field of Human Resources, where I covered a broad range of responsibilities. My HR background has given me a nuanced understanding of workplace stressors, interpersonal dynamics, and organisational systems, knowledge I draw upon when supporting clients struggling with career-related anxiety, burnout, or identity in the workplace.

Each of these experiences has strengthened my belief in the importance of holding space for people to feel heard, seen, and supported, wherever they are in their journey.

For your peace of mind, I hold a current Enhanced DBS check, which allows me to work safely and appropriately with both adults and young people.
