MBACP Psychotherapist & Couples Therapist, BSc, MSc.
Stanmore, Greater London, HA7

About me

I am a registered bilingual psychotherapist experienced in helping individuals and couples move beyond feeling stuck - whether that’s an anxiety that follows you into the quiet moments, recurring arguments or conflict, or grief after a loss.

This includes emotional stress or feelings of disconnection: anxiety, hopelessness, coping with loss, intimacy dynamics, affairs, betrayals.

I help clients coping with life changes, particularly grief, ambiguity and uncertainty, relationship dynamics or transitions and cultural diversity.

My approach is integrative psychodynamic: sensitively attuned to the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I pair this with a safe, supportive environment to explore neuroplasticity and embrace neurodiversity, allowing for lasting, embodied change.

For couples, I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and psychosexually informed practice to address disconnection, conflict, mistrust, changes in desire, affairs or betrayals.

At the heart of my work is a collaborative process rooted in emotional curiosity, compassion, and connection - whether we meet in person or online. My practice is grounded in a grief and trauma informed lens, supporting individuals and couples as you may be navigating loss, relational wounds, and the longing for deeper connection. I work with heterosexual couples, committed partnerships and LGBTQIA+ relationship diversity.

Together, we establish therapeutic goals that honour your unique story, gently holding space for what emerges. You explore, recognise, and gently reclaim a more emotionally aware self and meaningful way of relating.

InPerson Locations: North London, Hendon, Stanmore, Bushey (Hertfordshire).

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
