Hi, my name is Sam, I am a qualified counsellor (BACP Reg), hypnotherapist, NLP & Life Coach & I also hold a supervisor post, supervising other counsellors. I qualified 16 years ago & I work with all age groups treating all anxieties/fears/phobias/relationship concerns etc.
I feel an important part of any therapy is connecting with your counsellor, if you feel comfortable with your counsellor talking therapy comes very naturally. If you would like a free consultation I offer this face to face or via phone.
No matter how you are feeling right now with the right support you can learn how to move forward, talking to someone who is trained to listen and care can help. Therapy is not suitable for everyone but for those who have a commitment to change & explore new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, it brings hope.
Maybe this is your first step in seeking help or maybe you have tried several times before, don't worry, the right help is available, don’t hesitate to contact myself via phone or email.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
