About me

Emotional problems can become difficult when they undermine our confidence and prevent us doing the things we’d like to do. Both CBT and EMDR are clinically proven approaches that can help address these problems.

As an accredited CBT therapist I work with my clients to understand the causes of their problems and what keeps them going. Using methods that are research based and internationally established, clients can often meet their goals within 5 to 10 sessions.

Both CBT and EMDR can be applied to a range of problems. Please see my website or contact me for an informal chat.

I am competitively priced as an accredited CBT therapist and approved EMDR consultant.

Further information

While many therapists provide versions of CBT, the gold standard is BABCP accreditation as this ensures that strict standards are adhered to. BABCP accreditation also means that your therapist has a recognised CBT qualification from a credible institution and has continued to develop their practice to the highest standard.

I practice CBT and EMDR because they are proven to be effective for a range of emotional and interpersonal problems. As a CBT therapist my role is not to judge or make assumptions but to work with my clients to better understand and resolve their problems.

I am a EMDR Europe approved consultant.

Please feel free to email  or telephone me with any questions. There is information on  some of the types of problem I work with on my website.
