About me

We all experience times in our lives when having someone to talk to can help us.

If you're experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, issues with self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief arising from bereavement or other loss or you simply feel that you've lost your way and the joy has gone out of your life, I believe I can help you.

I will create a calm and safe space for you to share what's troubling you and, together, we will find ways for you to move beyond your challenges and become the person you know yourself to be.

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I call upon a range of therapeutic approaches to most benefit my clients. We can examine what's happening for you here and now and develop strategies to help you cope with difficult thoughts and feelings. We can also explore where these thoughts and feelings may have come from and bring fresh insight into your life.

If you would like to explore how we could work together, please contact me for a free, no-obligation, introductory telephone chat.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have recently completed a CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
