About me

I’m Rachel, a sex and relationship therapist based in London. I am queer, kinky, and non-monogamous and my pronouns are she/they.

I work with people on all sorts of issues related to sex and relationships. A lot of these issues can be uncomfortable or difficult to talk about, and I strive to create an environment where people feel safe and able to open up and go on and grow and thrive from there.

I specialise in working with other people who, like myself, identify as a gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD) - basically anyone who sits outside of the ‘norm’ that society dictates. Whether you are kinky, polyamorous, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or otherwise feel as though you don’t quite fit in, I’m here to help you.

My therapeutic style is very collaborative - I strongly believe that you know yourself far better than I ever could - and so I will pull from a variety of different therapeutic techniques to help you in the best way I can.

Choosing a therapist and starting therapy can be overwhelming,  so please book a free chat with me so you can tell me a little about what’s going on for you, ask any questions you have, as well as make sure you’re comfortable and feel a good click with me.
